Founded an investment company in 1997. Originally the firm was an OTC trading company. Today, it has developed into two separate companies: a Registered Investment Advisor and Republic Advisors, an advisory / business consultant with numerous strategic relationships that can be leveraged for both corporate and individual clients. In 1996, he was Vice President - Investor Relations for AMS, Inc., formerly a NASDAQ (SC) listed company, and now an American Stock Exchange listed company.
As an entrepreneur, Mr. Levonitis is very involved in promoting the ethos of free enterprise and private property. As the purest form of objectivity, the collective market will determine which enterprises succeed and fail. Success will be achieved not due to state intervention, but due to the ability of business owners to meet the needs, wants, and demands of the marketplace.
In 1998 Mr. Levonitis earned an MBA with an emphasis in finance from the Meinders School of Business, Oklahoma City University. In 1996, he earned a Masters Degree in Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma. In 1992, he earned a BA degree in History from the University of Central Oklahoma. Additionally, in 2001 Mr. Levonitis studied post graduate at Oklahoma State University.

An appetite for competition has led Mr. Levonitis to continue his work with young men in the sport of collegiate wrestling.
